Renovating or selling your home? Do you need space for a restoration?  Maybe you are downsizing and want to keep certain items?  These are just a few ways MI-BOX can help your self-storage needs. Onsite contractor storage, small business storage, remodel/ remediation storage, and special event storage are all excellent ways to use our containers for extra space.

How much can I pack in a unit?

Generally, you can fit 2-3 rooms of furniture.  Each pod can fit about 1,200 sq/ft of household goods.  There is a weight limit of 6,000 pounds per unit.

How does your pricing work?

Monthly rental is due at the initial delivery date and on the anniversary date for the following months.  There is an additional fee for unit delivery and pick-up and any additional moves.  We are happy to move it as much as needed with notice.A credit/debit card is required and will auto-bill on the anniversary date.

How long can I keep my MI-BOX unit?

Keep your MI-BOX as long as you like.  We will send you an invoice on your monthly anniversary date with the monthly charges and autobill receipt.
